Who we are
Wingham Electrical is a trading name of NordSys Limited, a Kent company. The data controller is NordSys Limited. Contact hello@winghamelectrical.co.uk.
What we collect
- Name, address, phone and email when you contact us for a quote.
- Photos of the job area if you send them by WhatsApp or email.
- Job records (site address, work carried out, certificates) after we complete the work.
- Anonymous website analytics via Google Analytics (page views, referrer, rough location).
What we do with it
We use it to quote the job, do the job, invoice the job and file the electrical certificates required by law. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except:
- HMRC where required by law.
- Building Control (Dover District Council) via the Competent Person Scheme for Part P notifications.
- Our accountants for tax records.
How long we keep it
Job records and certificates: seven years, in line with tax law and the practical need to look up historical work. Quote enquiries that do not lead to a job: two years.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the tax and Part P legal retention above). Email hello@winghamelectrical.co.uk.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with default settings. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking beyond GA. You can block it in your browser settings or via a plugin.
